We offer more than just sales

 With our broad experience and talent described above, we are able to offer advice and guidance on every area of your business. We want to see your business grow. Expectations and Communications: The most important part of our relationship will be to understand your expectations. We take the time, at our expense, to go over this with you in great detail. This lays the foundation for a successful relationship. We need to know precisely what you are looking for so we can deliver that and more. Also, communication is key. We love to work and are available 24/7.

We have worked with reps: Throughout our careers, we have worked and interacted with many sales/manufacturer’s reps. We know what makes a good rep and what makes a bad rep and we keep that in mind when dealing with our clients and our client’s clients. For instance, many reps only care about their commissions. They will bring you reckless deals and convince you to sign them. We look out for the best interest of the company and negotiate good deals that benefit all of us.

We are Selective: We only take on a limited amount of clients, based upon strategic directions and synergy of opportunity. We also do this to ensure our clients have the attention and accessibility that is needed to work together successfully.

Professional and Easy to Work With: We pride ourselves in being very professional, both in our dealings with your clients as well as within your organization. Although we are very professional, we are also very personable and generally get along well with everyone. A client shouldn’t have to battle or argue with his or her sales representative. Founder

The Founder Bradley E Essman, JD, LL.M founded General Counsel US, PLLC (GC-US) to realize and fulfill a PASSION to SUPPORT ENTREPRENEURS — of helping individuals and companies succeed and achieve their ambitions and goals. Bradley first realized this passion when by consulting for start‐up and emerging companies — helping them to grow and succeed. He developed great respect for entrepreneurs and built lasting personal relationships with each one of his clients, ultimately experiencing the un-rivaled entrepreneur’s quest of succeeding as part of a team — whether as consultant, founder, salesperson, or office helper, the thrill is the same. Bradley knew in an instant. He is an entrepreneur too. Specifically, Bradley realized that his dream — his real passion, was helping others to achieve their dreams, in the un-ending search for like-minded teams of fellow entrepreneurs everywhere.

After law school, Bradley entered the private industry as an employee where he continued to help businesses thrive by providing business and legal services. After gaining unparalleled experience in his positions and in numerous industries, Bradley decided to return to his passion and founded General Counsel US to carry that passion out. Fortunately, Bradley shares his client’s entrepreneur’s fire, along with the spirit of service from decades of legal and business training & experience, culminating in his invitation to the Washington, DC area International Incubator. Overseeing various start-ups, business development projects and ongoing concerns; along with the intersection of business, sales and legal issues — between these two founding principals, customized & interdisciplinary approaches can best deliver upon the goals of our clients and fellow entrepreneurs. Additionally, in the Compliance industry, Bradley was recently onboarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with one of the top FinTech firms utilizing a self-authored manuscript and complete compendium of Federal and State laws, as applied by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB);king in order to perform legal audits for various consumer financing companies.
